Welcome to Lets Do Lunch (Lunch Brecon). By placing an order with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

  • Orders can be placed online, by phone, or in person (where available).

  • All orders are subject to availability. If an item is unavailable, we will contact you with alternatives.

  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion (e.g. in cases of suspected fraud or unpaid balances).

3. Prices & Payment

  • All prices are stated in pounds sterling (£) and include VAT (where applicable).

  • Payment must be made at the time of ordering or by cash on delivery depending on your choice at checkout.

  • We accept major debit/credit cards and other methods displayed at checkout.

  • If a pricing error occurs, we will contact you before fulfilling the order.

4. Delivery & Collection

  • We offer delivery within our stated delivery area. Fees and delivery times will be shown at checkout.

  • We aim to deliver on time but cannot guarantee exact delivery times, especially during peak periods.

  • If you are not available to receive delivery, we may leave the food in a safe place or with a neighbour if you have requested this.

  • For collection orders, you must collect within the agreed time slot.

5. Allergies & Dietary Information

  • Customers must inform us of any allergies or dietary requirements when ordering.

  • While we take precautions, we cannot guarantee that any item is completely free from allergens due to shared preparation areas.

6. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Orders may be cancelled up to 4 hours before the delivery/collection time for a full refund.

  • Cancellations after this period may not be refunded, as food preparation may already have started.

  • If you receive incorrect or unsatisfactory items, please contact us immediately and we will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

7. Use of Our Website

  • You agree not to misuse our website, attempt to hack it, or disrupt its operation.

  • All content (menus, images, text) is owned by Lunch Brecon and must not be copied or used without permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • We are not liable for any indirect loss, damage, or expenses arising out of the use of our services.

  • Our liability to you is limited to the price you paid for your order.

  • Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

9. Data Protection

We handle your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy (link to your privacy policy page).

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The latest version will always be published on our website.
